All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any duties, taxes, or import-related charges incurred upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Should an order be refused due to customs or import charges, the parcel will be returned to thirdofthefifth. Any return shipping costs, customs fees, or associated handling charges incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount.

International

Duties & Taxes | International

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs processing fees are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Where applicable, U.S. import tariffs will be presented as a separate line item at checkout. These charges are payable by the customer and are required before an order can be released for final delivery.

Customs authorities may also apply local taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or other charges in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
