Standard Delivery — Australia Post

  • Free standard delivery (2–7 business days) for orders over $300 AUD

Express Delivery — Australia Post

  • $12 AUD express delivery (1–3 business days) in eligible areas

  • Orders must be placed before 12pm AEST, Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch

All Australian orders require a signature on delivery.

New Zealand

Express Delivery — DHL International Express

  • Free express delivery (2–3 business days) for orders over $400 AUD

  • $20 AUD express delivery (2–3 business days) for all other orders

Duties & Taxes — New Zealand

Orders over $1000 NZD may incur additional customs fees determined by New Zealand Customs. These may include:

  • Local sales taxes

  • Import duties and processing fees

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any duties, taxes, or fees payable at import are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout. These charges are non-refundable.

If an order is refused due to import charges, the parcel will be returned to thirdofthefifth. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

International

  • Import duties and processing charges

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.

If you refuse delivery due to import charges, the parcel will be returned to thirdofthefifth. Return shipping fees, customs charges, and any associated handling fees will be deducted from your final refund
