At thirdofthefifth, we stand behind the integrity of our garments and the intentionality of our design. If your order is not quite right, we offer returns subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Unwashed and free from marks, odours, or damage

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and labels attached

  • Lodged within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Final-sale products

  • Gift cards


Return Process

  1. Email our customer support team at hello@thirdofthefifth.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.

  3. Returned items must be shipped back via a trackable postal service.

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

thirdofthefifth does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please complete a return and place a new order.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, contact us at hello@thirdofthefifth.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the fault

  • Supporting images

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


International Returns & Duties

For international customers, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at delivery are non-refundable.

If a parcel is returned to thirdofthefifth due to refusal to pay import charges, all return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
